Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR helps by desensitizing emotional responses to painful memories, allowing the brain to reprocess them in a less distressing way. This can reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related issues, promoting emotional healing and improving overall well-being.
